OREANDA-NEWS Most of all, doctors, programmers and nurses are satisfied with their work in Russia, that is, they do not regret their choice in the past and would be ready to repeat it. The proportion of respondents in this way is 66, 63 and 59 percent, respectively. This is evidenced by the survey data from the SuperJob job search service.
On average, 45 percent of economically active citizens are satisfied with their profession, while 20 percent found it difficult to answer. Almost a third (35 percent) believe that they made the wrong choice, and if it were possible to start over, they would not repeat it.
The proportion of men who are satisfied with their profession is higher than that of women — 48 percent versus 43 percent. Citizens under the age of 35 are the least satisfied with their choice — 41 percent. But among those over 45 years old, the proportion reaches 51 percent. If an employee receives more than 100,000 rubles a month, then he will be satisfied with the profession with a probability of 57 percent.
Security guards (32 percent), couriers (33 percent) and salespeople (34 percent) show the least satisfaction with their current place of work.
Earlier it was reported that doctors of the Central City Clinical Hospital of Ulyanovsk complained to State Duma Deputy Alexei Kurinny about the lack of actual salary growth and excessive workload, which caused experienced employees to quit en masse.
