OREANDA-NEWS  Estonia suspends the operation of the Narva-1 checkpoint on the border with Russia from April 30 to May 2 inclusive, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of the Russian Federation reports.

"From April 30 to May 2, 2025, the Government of the Republic of Estonia suspends the operation of the Narva-1 checkpoint (adjacent to Ivangorod on the Russian side) for pedestrians to cross it," the agency said in a Telegram channel.

The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation recommends taking this information into account and using other checkpoints, including those located on the Russian-Estonian section of the state border and open for individuals to cross – the Kunichina Gora MAPP and the Shumilkino MAPP in the Pskov Customs region.
