OREANDA-NEWS  In Bashkiria, more than 200 sheep fell through the ice. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The ministry said that the sheep fell into the icy water on Lake Uzet near the village of Luch Birsky. The animals moved to the other shore along the fragile canvas. There are no casualties among the people.

More than 200 sheep are scheduled to be removed from the water today, December 16. An operational group of the emergency department and a representative of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology are on site. The situation is under control of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Earlier, cameras in the protected forests of Bashkiria captured the conflict of wild boars. The footage shows a quarrel of wild boars, which made aggressive noises. In another part of the forest, the camera caught a wild boar taking mud baths.
