OREANDA-NEWS  In April, Japan saw a significant increase in exports of computer parts to Russia, with exports rising by 5,000% compared to the previous year. According to data released by the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, the value of exports reached 1 ton.

In addition to computer parts, exports of audio and video equipment also saw an increase of 67.7%. Exports of motorcycles rose by 44.1%, while car parts increased by 15.6%. However, there was a decrease in exports of plastic (-95.8%), rubber (-52.3%), paper (-65.5%), computers (-85.7%), and cars (-4.7%), including passenger cars (-0.8%).

Overall, exports from Japan to Russia decreased by 6.9% in April compared to the previous year, totaling 31.5 billion yen (approximately $209 million).
