OREANDA-NEWS  A meeting of representatives of France, the United States, Great Britain, Germany and Ukraine on the Ukrainian settlement will be held next week in London, the Elysee Palace announced.

"There is an agreement to continue these consultations in London next week," the office of the French president quoted the BFMTV channel as saying on Thursday evening after a meeting on Ukraine in Paris in which the five countries participated.

Paris says that during this "unprecedented format", "the terms of a cease-fire" were discussed. It was also announced that US President Donald Trump's special representative Steve Witkoff will coordinate the consultations in London.

"There is a goal to achieve a complete ceasefire as soon as possible," the Elysee Palace said.
