OREANDA-NEWS Russia has so far harvested 120 million tons of grain, Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut said.
"We have already harvested 120 million tons of grain, which contains more than 90 million tons of wheat, and we have 8% of the harvest left for wheat," Lut told reporters on Friday, noting that there are no problems with providing farmers with fuel.
"We are solving the problems with fuels and lubricants, the issue is under special control. We don't experience any special interruptions here," she said.
According to Lut, the southern regions have now started harvesting corn, "which will give more grain."
"We are doing well in winter sowing. Almost 6 million hectares have already been sown. And accordingly, our plan is more than 19 million hectares for this year," the minister said.
In 2025, Russia harvested 141.2 million tons of grain, including 91.1 million tons of wheat.
