OREANDA-NEWS The crisis of oversupply of new buildings threatens 33 regions of Russia. Problems in the primary housing market were predicted by analysts of the ERZ portal.The Russian Federation" in its research, RIA Novosti writes.

Experts compared the ratio of sales rates and the appearance of new projects on the market, as well as the actual sale of apartments and the dynamics of prices for them. The highest risk of overstocking was found in the Orel, Penza and Chelyabinsk regions, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Karachay-Cherkessia.

There is a fairly high risk of too much supply and low demand in 28 other regions, including Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Dagestan, Sverdlovsk and Leningrad regions, as well as in Crimea. Experts estimate the probability of a crisis as average in the Moscow Region, Primorsky Krai and St. Petersburg.

Sevastopol, Karelia, Kemerovo Region, Buryatia, Moscow and Ryazan Region have low risks, the analysts said. The only region of the country with minimal risk of a crisis of oversupply of new buildings in ERZ.The Russian Federation" was named the Vologda region.

Earlier, experts from the federal company "Floors" noted that new buildings in Russia are becoming more expensive three times faster than secondary housing. According to experts, over the past 12 months, a square meter in the secondary sector has increased in value by 4.8 percent. At the same time, new housing has increased in price by 14.3 percent.
