OREANDA-NEWS The operational headquarters of Moscow and the Moscow Region announced the lifting of the counter-terrorism operation (CTO) regime in the region.
The head of the Department of the FSB of Russia for Moscow and the Moscow region decided to cancel the "legal regime of WHO on the territory of the capital region from 09:00 on June 26, 2023," operstabs said, their message was distributed by the press service of the regional FSB.
The temporary restrictions in force on the territory of the Moscow region have been lifted, the special service reports.
"At the moment, the situation in the Moscow region is stable," the operational staff noted.
WHO mode was introduced in the metropolitan region on Saturday morning.
As the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) reported at the time, this was due to the possible threat of terrorist attacks.
