In Russia, government spending on school construction has decreased by almost 30 percent

Last week, the Ministry of Economic Development published a draft law that provides for the introduction of a moratorium on changing the list and planned values of indicators of national projects, state programs, federal projects established for the current year, in the fourth quarter. Exceptions can be made if there are relevant decisions of the President or Prime Minister of Russia.
