OREANDA-NEWS The head of a soda company co-founded by rapper Eljay (Alexey Uzenyuk) has filed for its liquidation, according to legal documents available to RIA Novosti.
The Ethan Dream company was registered in 2021 in Moscow. Its main activity is "production of other food products not included in other groupings", and additional ones are "production of soft drinks" and "retail sale of bread and bakery products and confectionery".
The founders of the limited liability company are three people at once: a certain Alexey Klochkov owns 27.5% of the company, entrepreneur Vitalius Paulus owns 27.5%, and Eljay owns 45% of the company.
It follows from the documents that the head of the company has submitted an application for liquidation of the company, and the organization is currently in liquidation.
Eljey is a Russian rapper, hip-hop and pop performer, dubbing actor. The song "Rose Wine", recorded together with rapper Feduk in 2017, brought him wide fame.
