OREANDA-NEWS  Recruitment agencies have recorded an increase in the number of vacancies for specialists in military accounting. There are still a few of them (less than 1% of the total number), but compared to 2021, demand has increased several times.

So, according to HeadHunter, before the start of a special military operation, such vacancies appeared extremely rarely. For the whole of 2021, only 145 were published. After the start of the operation in Ukraine, this indicator increased slightly (until September 20, there were only 186 vacancies). However, with the beginning of partial mobilization, a surge was recorded. From September 21 to the end of the year, 500 similar offers appeared.

The growth in the number of vacancies for military accounting specialists was also recorded in Superjob. As explained there to the correspondent of RBC, this is explained by the fact that earlier personnel services did not deal with this issue, including because fines for such violations were insignificant. After the beginning of partial mobilization, interest in military accounting specialists appeared both among private companies (working in the field of retail, manufacturing, construction), and among state organizations, as well as universities. Most often, the maintenance of military records is imputed to specialists in personnel records management and inspectors of personnel departments. According to Superjob, since September, this requirement has been mentioned in vacancies twice as often as before the start of partial mobilization.

As for salary offers, on average, specialists with similar skills are offered 70-80 thousand rubles on the market.
