OREANDA-NEWS   In the city of Shebekino, Belgorod region, a shell fell on the territory of a playground. This was announced by the governor of the Russian border region Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.

"An unexploded shell landed on the playground! Thank God, there are no casualties," he wrote. The staff of operational services carry out mine clearance of the territory.

Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled the village of Popovo-Lezhachi in the Kursk region. None of the local residents were injured, but as a result of the shelling, the buildings of nine households were damaged. One of the buildings caught fire, but the fire was quickly extinguished.

On February 23, the village of Borisovka in the Belgorod region was shelled. As a result of the incident, a woman born in 1951 died.
