"Emerging emergencies in the territories of the Far East are developing rapidly, there is a clear trend towards an increase in the number of fires, cyclones, downpours, hail and squalls," he said at a plenary session to summarize the work on protecting the population from emergencies in Siberia and the Far East.

In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is taking additional measures to prevent emergencies and minimize their consequences using digital technologies. "Today, developing information technologies and implemented methods of work based on digital solutions make it possible to transfer the entire response system to the prevention of emergency situations," Yatsutsenko said.
