OREANDA-NEWS  The threat of man-made emergencies was announced by the decree of the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov in connection with the deposition of soil at the mouth of the Bystraya River in the waters of the Yalta seaport due to heavy rains and floods.

"To attribute the situation in the water area of the passenger complex of the branch of the state unitary enterprise of the Republic of Crimea "Crimean Seaports" "Yalta Commercial Port" to the threat of a man-made emergency of a regional nature," the text of the decree published on the website of the head of Crimea says.

The water area of the Yalta Commercial port, namely the water areas at berths No. 3 and No. 4, has been declared the boundaries of the emergency territory. It is explained that the accumulation of soil poses a threat to navigation.
