OREANDA-NEWS  The Presidents of Belarus and Iran, Alexander Lukashenko and Masoud Pezeshkian, had a telephone conversation on April 30. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Pool One".

It is specified that the negotiations of the leaders of the states took place on the initiative of the Iranian side. Pezeshkian told Lukashenko about the situation in the Middle East, and also voiced the official position of Tehran in negotiations with Washington. According to him, the stumbling block for a peaceful settlement of the conflict is the lack of trust.
