It has become difficult for Russian companies to retain one category of employees

OREANDA-NEWS Most Russian industrial companies have begun to experience difficulties in retaining young employees. This is reported by the newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to the results of a survey conducted by analysts of the research organization "Potok".
The survey was conducted online among representatives of 102 domestic manufacturing enterprises. The respondents were employees of HR departments (81 percent), heads of departments (12 percent), top managers (5 percent) and business owners (2 percent).
The study found that only 24 percent of industry organizations manage to retain almost all young employees for longer than a year. Another 27 percent of industrial companies retain about half of the young newcomers (50-80 percent), and 5 percent do not have more than 90 percent of such employees on probation.
