OREANDA-NEWS  China has temporarily reduced visa fees for Russians by 25 percent. This is reported by the Chinese Consulate in Russia on the official website.

It has become easier for Russians to get permission to enter the Celestial Empire since December 11. For a single visit, the embassy of an Asian country will charge 2.5 thousand rubles, a two-time permit will cost travelers five thousand rubles, and a multiple-entry visa will cost 7.4 thousand rubles.

It is clarified that the new rules will be in effect until December 31, 2024. Tourists who applied for a visa before the 11th will have to pay fees at the same rates.

Earlier it became known that Indonesia wanted to cancel visas for travelers from 20 countries, including Russians. This is how the country's authorities expect to attract more tourists and support the development of the economy.
