OREANDA-NEWS  Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov refused to train American businessman Elon Musk before a fight against entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg. This was reported by TASS with reference to sources.

The publication says that Musk wanted Nurmagomedov to prepare him for a fight against Zuckerberg, but Khabib refused for unknown reasons.

Earlier, the Zuckerberg Masks staged a verbal altercation on social networks. As a result, the businessmen wanted to resolve the differences in a cage. Shortly after that, UFC President Dana White announced his readiness to organize this fight.

Nurmagomedov last entered the octagon in October 2020 at the UFC 254 tournament. Khabib was then opposed by US representative Justin Geiji. In this confrontation, the Russian won by technical submission in the second round. After the fight with Geiji, the Russian fighter decided to end his career. He left the UFC on a streak of 13 consecutive wins.
