OREANDA-NEWS  Russia rightfully holds a leading position in the helicopter industry and unmanned systems due to the school of their creation and operational experience, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said in a greeting to the participants of the 19th International Helicopter Industry and Unmanned Systems Exhibition HeliRussia-2026.

Vladimir Kozhin, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction, read out the greeting at the opening of the exhibition.
