Minsk plant to deliver tractors to Orenburg region with maximum discount

OREANDA-NEWS The authorities of the Orenburg region have signed an agreement with the Minsk Tractor Plant on the delivery of machinery to the region at the maximum discount, said the Governor of Orenburg region Evgeny Solntsev.
"The cooperation agreement was signed today with Taras Murog, General Director of the Minsk Tractor Plant," Evgeny Solntsev said on the Maks platform.
New equipment will be supplied to the Orenburg region at the maximum discount, the governor of the region said.
"The share of Minsk tractors among all agricultural machinery in the region is always high, today it is more than 37%. The tractors have proven themselves well. As part of the new agreement, 200 more Belarusians will come to us," Evgeny Solntsev said.
In order to use these machines effectively, personnel training is being developed in the region in parallel. Thus, a training and demonstration center is operating on the basis of Orenburg Agrarian University, and a specialized class has been opened at the V. M. Cherdintseva Agricultural College, the head of the region said.
"On the part of the regional government, we will continue to compensate part of the costs of farmers for the purchase of agricultural machinery. Our goal is to systematically modernize the technical park so that Orenburg manufacturers have direct access to the best technologies," Evgeny Solntsev added.
