The world economy and global markets are in a state of turbulence, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said. Many trade, production, and logistics links that were previously affected by the coronavirus pandemic faced new challenges, he stressed, speaking at the Russian-Uzbek business forum. "In this situation, it is possible to effectively confront existing and future challenges only together," the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation said.

He stressed that "the world economy and global markets are in a state of turbulence." Mishustin recalled the words of the President of the Russian Federation that the world has entered a period of transformations that are fundamental.
