OREANDA-NEWS About 32% of Russian residents said that they work more than they should after work or on weekends. They do this for various reasons, the most popular is new tasks from management. This is indicated by the results of the survey of the service "Salary.ru", they were at the disposal of RT.

The bosses add tasks that should fall on the shoulders of other specialists. This answer was given by 25%. Another 15% said that they go to overtime work because of a responsible position. The other 15% referred to the blurred boundaries of the working day due to remoteness. Another 15% noted an unwillingness to postpone tasks.

At the same time, 12% said that workaholism makes them work beyond measure, 5% have problems with time management, another 5% are afraid of being fired. Interestingly, 38% of overtime workers admitted that they get paid for it.

According to the service, processing most often occurs in the fields of education, science, languages (9%), medicine and pharmacy (9%), construction and real estate (9%), accounting, finance, banks (8%), as well as in marketing, advertising, PR (7%) and IT (7%). The survey involved 2,200 people aged 18 to 55 years.
