OREANDA-NEWS  The IL-76 aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, carrying 73 Russians, landed at Domodedovo airport near Moscow, the ministry's press service reported on Tuesday.

"An IL-76 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations landed at Domodedovo Airport near Moscow. A special flight took out 73 Russian citizens and their family members, including 33 children who wished to leave the military conflict zone," the report says.

The export of Russian citizens was organized in accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
