OREANDA-NEWS  The property of rapper Alisher Morgenstern (listed by the Russian Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents) was again seized. This is reported by TASS.

The Magistrate's court in Moscow has re-arrested the artist's real estate in the Moscow region. Interim measures were applied in the framework of a criminal case on violation of the law on foreign agents in connection with the expiration of the previous arrest. We are talking about an apartment building in the village of Leonovo, a plot of land and an uninhabited building.

Three buildings on Bakuninskaya Street in Moscow and another building in the capital could also be under arrest. However, the rapper's defense stated that the ownership rights to this property were terminated back in 2021 and 2023. In addition to the seizure of property, the state prosecution requests that Morgenstern be fined over 8.2 million rubles.

Earlier, the apartment of blogger Yuri Dudya was arrested for debts (entered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the register of foreign agents). The arrest was imposed on an 80-square-meter apartment in Yuzhny Butovo, which Dud has owned since 2012.
