OREANDA-NEWS  Within the framework of the Russian Agro-industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn-2026", 25 regional producers will taste products at the stand of the Moscow region, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region reports.

"The Moscow region is a developed center for processing agricultural raw materials. We occupy a leading position in Russia in terms of the production of cheese, ice cream, dairy products and a number of other categories. At the same time, the region is actively developing new areas, including winemaking," said Vitaly Mosin, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region, as quoted by the press service.

He stressed that the tasting at the stand is an opportunity to acquaint the guests of the exhibition with the quality and variety of products from manufacturers in the Moscow region.

It is specified that meat gastronomy will be presented in the form of servelat, prosciutto and salchichon, sausages, ham and delicacies, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked products, meat cuts and pates. And the fish is hot smoked sturgeon and rieta.

There will also be gastronomic delights – creamy garlic butter and fermented garlic paste, sauces and nori chips. The vegetables and berries segment includes cocktail tomatoes, fresh berries, and wild plants.

In addition, dairy products and cheeses, bakery products and confectionery products will be on the stand. Visitors will be able to taste "Zaraiskaya gingerbread", cucumber sweets and sweets. The category of drinks and related products includes coffee, ice cream and tea. And separately, wineries.
The products of the agro-industrial complex and farms will be presented in the "Tasty Moscow Region" thematic area. The exhibition will be held from October 7 to October 10 in Moscow at the Timiryazev Center at 6 Verkhnyaya Alley Street, building 1.
