OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a working meeting with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on Friday, November 25. This was announced by the head of state during a meeting with mothers of servicemen.

"We will see Ramzan Akhmatovich now. I have a working meeting with him," he said. According to him, the normalization of the situation in Chechnya is the merit of the Chechen people and the first president of the republic Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov.

Putin did not announce the details of the upcoming meeting.

In August, it was reported that Putin and Kadyrov met in Sochi and talked about the situation in Chechnya. The main points of discussion were issues and opportunities for the socio-economic development of the region, said the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
