OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Ulan-Ude, where he will hold a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the development of public transport.

It is also planned that during the trip, the head of state will take part in the ceremony of commissioning the Ermakov Mining and Processing Plant via videoconference.
