Putin assessed the relations between Russia and Nepal

OREANDA-NEWS Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Nepal have never had problems in relations, the countries demonstrate close positions on key issues on the international agenda.
Putin met with Nepalese Prime Minister Sharma Oli on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in China.
"I want to note that we have never had any problems. Moreover, on key issues on the international agenda, our positions are either very close or coincide," Putin said at the meeting.
The Russian leader arrived in China on August 31 for a four-day visit. The first city the president visited was Tianjin, where the SCO summit is taking place. Putin has a number of bilateral meetings planned on its sidelines.
