OREANDA-NEWS  The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) has emerged as one of the most significant and effective tools in the economy and social sphere, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"We can say that this agency (of strategic initiatives - ed.) has been established as one of the most significant, essential and very effective tools in the economy, in the social sphere, and in the field of culture," Putin said during a meeting of the ASI's supervisory board.
