OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin, after being asked by DPR hero Artyom Ozhogi about participating in the presidential elections, said that at different times he had different thoughts, but now he will run.

"Thank you very much. I won't hide it, there were different thoughts at different times, but now, you're right, this is the time to decide. I will run for the post of president of the Russian Federation," Putin said.
