OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Kazakhstan have very close allied relations.

On Wednesday, on the sidelines of the SPIEF, Putin holds a conversation with the heads of major international news agencies, including representatives of unfriendly countries.

"We have very close, not just close, but allied, strategic relations, as for Russia and Kazakhstan, this can be said in the full sense of the word," Putin said during a meeting with media representatives.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is taking place from June 5th to 8th. RIA Novosti is an information partner of the forum.
