OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the success of the work of ex-Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova in ensuring compliance with the constitutional guarantees of citizens of the Russian Federation.

On Russia Day, the Head of State traditionally awards Heroes of Labor and laureates of state prizes in the fields of science and technology, literature and art, as well as humanitarian, charitable and human rights activities. The ceremony is taking place in the Grand Kremlin Palace.

"From the very beginning of the special military operation, its priority has been to support military personnel, their families, as well as civilians injured during the fighting. She worked and successfully worked to comply with the constitutional guarantees of Russian citizens," Putin said during the ceremony.
