OREANDA-NEWS Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded state awards to large families from twenty-two regions.

The decree of the head of state was published on Thursday on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Lyudmila Lebedeva from the Voronezh Region and Elizaveta Strigaleva from the Yaroslavl Region were awarded the title of "Mother Heroine" for their great achievements in strengthening the institution of the family and raising children.
