OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the utmost concentration of common efforts is needed to achieve breakthrough scientific results.

The Head of State is holding a meeting of the Council for Science and Education on Tuesday.

"In order to achieve practical, truly breakthrough results, we need the utmost concentration of efforts of all participants in Russia's scientific and technological development," the head of state said during the meeting.
