OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold an international telephone conversation on Thursday, his press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"There will be another international telephone conversation today," Peskov told reporters, speaking about the president's schedule.

He promised that following the results of this conversation, the Kremlin would inform journalists about its contents.

Earlier in the morning, during a telephone conversation, the head of state congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his re-election as President of Azerbaijan.

"Azerbaijan is our important partner, and we are satisfied with how our bilateral relations are developing. And there is a mutual political will to take these relations to new horizons," the Kremlin representative added.
