OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, November 28, in the format of a videoconference will take part in the plenary session of the World Russian People's Council dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the organization, the Kremlin press service reports.

The central theme of the forum is "The present and future of the Russian world".

The event will be attended by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church and other centralized religious organizations of Russia, state authorities, public associations, scientists and cultural figures, the message says.

Earlier, the press secretary of the head of the Russian state Dmitry Peskov reported that Putin will speak at the XXV World Russian People's Council (VRNS) in Moscow.
