OREANDA-NEWS  Relations between Russia and Poland tend to zero, but Moscow is not going to break off relations with anyone on its own initiative, because "sooner or later we will have to talk," said Russian Ambassador to Warsaw Sergey Andreev.

"The volume of filling of our relations tends to zero, and contacts and interaction are being broken in the last remaining areas, our principled position is that we do not break off diplomatic relations with anyone on our own initiative, we do not lower their level, based on the fact that even in the most conflict periods diplomatic relations should be maintained, communication channels they must be preserved, because sooner or later they will have to talk," Andreev said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
