OREANDA-NEWS In the near future, Roskachestvo will begin testing products sold under the Dubai Chocolate brand. This was announced by the head of the department Maxim Protasov in an interview with the correspondent of "Paragraph".

According to him, the research was required due to the growing popularity of sweets produced by small companies, most often operating in the format of home or family workshops. Such products are actively distributed through online retail, which creates difficulties for control.

"Now these are mainly small-scale productions, house and family productions, which sell their products in online retail. It is quite difficult to work with this channel," Protasov said.

He stressed that Roskachestvo's specialists plan to conduct the necessary laboratory tests and evaluate the quality of the product.

"We will definitely conduct research, see what kind of product it is, and give some recommendations to both consumers and manufacturers. But it is impossible to rate it, as Roskachestvo always does, to award the state quality mark for irregular products," the head of the department added.

At the same time, he expressed the hope that over time large companies will take over the production of Dubai chocolate, which will allow for the introduction of a full-fledged certification and control system.

Earlier it was reported that Russians are addicted to chocolate with "hair" and Dubai sweets. Dubai chocolate has become the most popular food trend of 2024. At the same time, one tile used to cost customers several thousand rubles, but now it can be purchased at a price starting from 550 rubles. This is due to the fact that confectioners began to invent various variations of this sweet.
