OREANDA-NEWS  The aviation authorities of Russia and Egypt have signed a memorandum of understanding that will increase the number of flights between the two countries, the Russian Ministry of Transport said in a statement.

"Russia and Egypt are expanding opportunities for direct flights. A memorandum of understanding was signed following negotiations between the aviation authorities of the two countries... The document will allow designated air carriers to operate more direct flights," the statement said.
