OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov and North Korean Minister of Education Kim Seung-doo signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of education on Wednesday.

"The parties agreed to develop cooperation in the field of general, secondary vocational and additional vocational education, vocational training, recreation and recreation for children, identification and support of gifted students," the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation reported.

The ministries are going to cooperate in several areas, including holding joint fairs, seminars and exhibitions with the participation of educational organizations of the two countries, the press service said.

Russian Russian language learning in the DPRK, holding contests and Olympiads, and popularizing electronic educational resources in Russian and Korean among children and adolescents will receive special attention. The signing ceremony of the agreement took place at the site of the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan within the framework of the Third International Forum of Ministers of Education "Shaping the Future".
