OREANDA-NEWS Roselectronics is starting to supply the latest integrated communications complex for warships to foreign customers, the press service of the holding told RIA Novosti on Friday.

"Roselectronics Holding of Rostec State Corporation begins deliveries abroad of the export version of the integrated communications complex R-760 for equipping boats and ships for various purposes. The equipment can be used on all types of vessels, including warships of the first rank," the press service said.

The integrated communication complex R-760, developed by the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering (part of Roselektronika), is designed to conduct radio communication of a surface ship with coastal command posts, surface ships, submarines, aircraft and any other external correspondents.

As Vladimir Berezovsky, Director General of ONIIP, noted, the use of software-defined radio technology provides the R-760 complex with an almost unlimited modernization resource.

"This makes it possible to improve the tactical, technical and economic characteristics of the complex, as well as create the necessary groundwork for the further development of radio communication technologies, which significantly increases the export potential of our products. In accordance with the agreement reached, this year we are starting to supply customers with the export version of the R-760 complex," the press service quotes the top manager.

The integrated communications complex R-760 is presented at the joint stand of the holding "Roselectronics" at the military-technical forum "Army-2023". RIA Novosti is the official news agency of the forum.
