OREANDA-NEWS Russia has all the DNA that is required to identify those killed in the crash of the IL-76 military aircraft in the Belgorod region, says Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova. According to her, Moscow is ready to transfer the bodies of the victims to Kiev.

"Yes, we are ready, everything necessary for this is available from the point of view of the procedure... The bodies can be transferred according to the procedures that exist," Ms. Moskalkova told RIA Novosti. She did not specify what procedures she was talking about.

On January 24, an IL-76 military transport plane crashed in the Belgorod region. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, six crew members and three escorts were on board, all of them died. The TFR is investigating a criminal case of a terrorist attack (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
