OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) launched a Soyuz-2.1v launch vehicle with a military satellite from the Plesetsk cosmodrome. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry, TASS reports.

Last week, the Russian Aerospace Forces also launched a launch vehicle - Soyuz—2.1b with a military satellite launched on December 21 at 11:47 a.m.

In November, it became known that a military satellite launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome on November 25 was put into target orbit at the estimated time.

In October, Vladimir Prokhvatilov, a senior researcher at the Academy of Military Sciences, reported that Russian military satellites can take pictures of various regions of the Earth and military facilities.
