OREANDA-NEWS  Front-line engineers from the Yakim detachment have developed a new control station for attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). She increased the range of kamikaze drones, Izvestia writes.

The soldiers of the detachment of the BARS-Kursk brigade perform tasks in the Kursk region. The Yakima specialist station allows you to control aircraft-type drones at a distance of up to 70 kilometers. The squad uses several items. In addition, engineers plan to assemble stations for other departments.

The equipment allows you to switch between different frequencies. The station can be equipped with remote antennas for operation in a shelter. The device can also work with fiber-optic drones, which cannot be silenced by electronic warfare.
