OREANDA-NEWS Delegation of the Afghan Government formed by the radical Islamic movement "Taliban"
The delegation, led by Minister of Trade and Industry Nuriddin Azizi, arrived in Kazan to participate in the Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum forum. This is reported by TASS.
According to the agency's correspondent, the high-level delegation included representatives of a number of departments, as well as Afghan business circles, who will hold talks with Russian partners and take part in sessions and discussions.
The Taliban had previously been in contact with Russian representatives, including participating in various economic events. In particular, the movement's delegation came to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
Earlier it was reported that Russia and Afghanistan are agreeing to trade in national currencies. Moscow is also discussing with Kabul the attraction of migrant workers.
