OREANDA-NEWS The nationalized apartment of Vladimir Zelensky's family in the village of Livadia on the southern coast of Crimea has been put up for sale, the press service of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the republic told RIA Novosti.

Earlier it was reported that the market value of the apartment is about 24 million rubles. Its area is about 100 square meters. The apartment was designed for Zelensky's wife Elena.

In particular, the lot is posted on the official portal "GIS Auctions", where auctions are held for the sale of state and municipal property. The auction organizer is the Administrative Directorate of the Property of the Republic of Crimea. The auction will be held in electronic form. The total area of the apartment is 119.5 square meters.

"The subject of the auction. Property located at the address: Republic of Crimea, Yalta, Livadia village, Baturina str., 44 A, sq. 501 with a total initial minimum value of 24,642,490 (twenty-four million six hundred forty-two thousand four hundred and ninety) rubles," the description says.

According to the portal, applications for participation in the auction are accepted until October 26, and the auction itself will be held on the 30th.

In turn, the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, in a comment to RIA Novosti, said that funds from the sale of all nationalized property of Ukrainian oligarchs and politicians will go to support participants in a special military operation and their families, as well as to the development of cities and districts of the republic.
