OREANDA-NEWS The fire occurred in one of the production buildings of the Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant, 40 employees were evacuated, the whereabouts of four people are being established. This was announced by Alexey Luzhetsky, acting head of the Sergiev Posad district of the Moscow region.

"There was a fire in one of the production buildings of the Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant. There were 44 people in the building at the time of the incident. 40 employees have been evacuated and examined by doctors; there are currently no complaints about their health status. The location of four more people is being established," Luzhetsky wrote on his Facebook channel.

According to preliminary information, the incident is not related to the UAV attack. The causes of the incident will be determined by experts, he added.

According to Luzhetsky, emergency services are working at the site, ambulance crews and the territorial disaster medicine center are on duty. Work directly in the danger zone is carried out taking into account the continuing threat of repeated explosions.
