OREANDA-NEWS The ban on debtors leaving Russia for January-February 2025 applies to 9.5 million cases. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
According to the agency, in 2024, during the same period, there were three million fewer productions.
It is noted that the FSSP does not keep records of debtors. Accounting is carried out by the number of enforcement proceedings, and several proceedings may be initiated against one debtor, the service explained.
Earlier, Dmitry Aristov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), told the Federation Council that in 2024, bailiffs recovered 38.5 billion rubles in damage from crimes.
