OREANDA-NEWS  Relations between former Vice President Kamala Harris and former U.S. President Joe Biden were strained during the presidential campaign in 2024, the Guardian newspaper reported, citing Harris' book "107 Days," to which she gained access.

According to the publication, in her book, Harris described the difficult situation during the presidential campaign. So, the politician recalls an episode from September 2024, when she had a debate in Philadelphia with US President Donald Trump, who was then one of the candidates. Before the debate, she received a call from Biden, who asked when she would return to Washington and said that his brother had been in touch with "a group of influential people in Philadelphia."
