OREANDA-NEWS  Kiev does not have the resources and military force to attack the Crimea. This is how Viktor Bondarev, chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, reacted to the words of the head of the office of the Ukrainian President Andrei Ermak about plans to take control of the peninsula in the Telegram channel.

On November 20, Ermak said that Kiev plans to conduct a military campaign to retake Crimea. At the same time, the politician did not announce the exact dates of the planned offensive on the peninsula.

The senator called Kiev's statements on Crimea reckless and arrogant, stressing that Russia returned the peninsula in the spring of 2014 and the residents of the territory themselves wished to become Russians.
